Ensure sales plans are met. Collect information relevant to the fulfillment of the sales plan.
-Promote and sustain positive, timely and responsive internal and external communication via email, phone, and Skype. Reporting to executives any important information.
-Support Executives to ensure all projects and goals are achieved. Manage and evaluate data to measure plan results.
-Support executives in farming and hunting projects to promote healthy growth of customers and fleet. Have an organized agenda with calls and visits.
-Properly report and update all opportunities to provide clear information to management.
-Active role as innovator and project developer.
-Escalate in a timely manner all issues that require management involvement.
-Organizational Capacity: Involves the ability to identify, organize and plan the activities, using all available means to successfully accomplish what has been entrusted.
-Achievement Orientation: Ability to integrate and focus all the necessary resources for the efficient fulfillment of a given activity or task traced.
-Resolution Capacity: Ability to act decisively and quickly for the sake of solving the problem, making use of creativity and initiative.
-Team Work: Ability and willingness to perceive objectives as a sum of integrated efforts, for the sake of the same objective, transcending individual interests.
-Modern selling techniques: Have experience in closing negotiations and sales. Ability to handle technological tools that will promote marketing and advertisement.
*(A plus but not required) Intermodal Transportation Knowledge: Experience in the intermodal industry, knowledge of main steamship lines and the operational processes involved in freight forwarding.
-From home, quiet and undisturbed area of work is required
-Smartphone and computer required
-Direct participation in the growth of a medium size company
